Cadwallader Heating & Cooling is a family owned business, specializing in making people comfortable for thirty years. Owner/operator Bill Cadwallader graduated from ITT and was certified through Ferris State University. Beginning his career in Heating and Air in the Rush County area as service Technician, he spent fifteen years perfecting his trade. Bill and his wife Jerri began the company, Cadwallader Heating & Cooling, in 1999 being dedicated to bringing excellent service to the Rush and Shelby county areas. We are fully staffed with an excellent team. Our technicians have fifteen to twenty years experience in the heating and air field and are equipped to make your home safe and take care of your comfort needs. Jerri works in the office to help you with any needs or questions you might have. We are a family who not only care about each other but cares equally about our customers.
